Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), MBA from Georgetown University and a postgraduate degree in Oil and Gas from Coppe. Prior to founding GranEnergia in 2011, his career was with the Odebrecht Group, where he became president of Odebrecht Oil and gas.

Degree in Business Management from the Université de Bordeaux, complemented by Business Administration at Harvard. Before joining GranEnergia in 2012, he worked with Acergy, where he was the vice president for the South American division.

Law degree from the Catholic University of Salvador (PUC) and Master’s Degree (LL.M) from Columbia University. Prior to joining GranEnergia in 2013, he worked with the Odebrecht Group, where he became the Legal VP.

Carlos Tadeu Fraga

TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

Degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA from Columbia University, with specialization in Technology Management at INSEAD and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Alberta. Prior to joining GranEnergia in 2015, he worked with Petrobras, where he became E&P Executive Manager for the pre-salt.

Degree in Economics from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) and MBA from Montreal’s Ecole de Hautes Etudes de Commerce. Prior to joining GranEnergia in 2011, he worked with the Odebrecht Group, where he became CEO of Forabrecht.

PEOPLE AND STRATEGIC PLANNING DIRECTOR

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC), MBA in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a Masters from Harvard University. Prior to joining GranEnergia in 2012, he was Deputy Secretary of Education for Rio de Janeiro and Secretary in Resende, as well as a BR Investments shareholder.

Clarisse Garcia

Clarice Garcia

LEGAL DIRECTOR

Law degree from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC) and a Master’s Degree (LL.M) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before joining GranEnergia in 2013, Clarice worked as a lawyer in New York, at Allen & Overy LLP, and with Odebrecht Oil and Gas.

Alexandre Arrebola

PRESIDENT of MRO and MTO

Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Espírito Santo, MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), Postgraduate degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC) and the Queensland University of Technology. His previous career was with Vale, where he became the General Manager of Logistics.
